Jude Color Solutions ("we," "us," "our") operates judecolorsolutions.com and provides corporate gifts, promotional products, apparel, printing, and related services in Uganda. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

When you place an order, request a quote, or contact us, we may collect:

• Name, phone number, email address, and physical or delivery address
• Company name, if you order on behalf of a business
• Order details, including items, specifications, quantities, and delivery instructions
• Payment method and transaction reference (we do not store card numbers or mobile money PINs)
• Communications you send us through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you browse our website, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through standard web server logs and analytics tools.

If you are a delivery/transport staff member using our internal delivery app, we collect your device's location while you are logged in and on active delivery duty, as described in Section 2 below.

2. Location Data

Our delivery/transport staff app accesses device location data. This is used solely to:

• Track the real-time location of delivery drivers while an order is out for delivery
• Allow customers and staff to see accurate delivery status and estimated arrival
• Support internal logistics and route coordination

Location data is collected only from staff accounts used for delivery/transport duties, only while the app is in use for an active delivery, and is not collected from customers or from the general public-facing website. Location data is not sold and is not shared with third parties, except as needed to operate the delivery service itself (e.g. internal hosting infrastructure). Staff can disable location access in their device settings, though this will prevent delivery-tracking features from functioning.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfill your orders, including production, quality control, and delivery
• To communicate with you about your order status, via SMS, phone, or email
• To respond to quote requests, inquiries, and customer support questions
• To improve our products, services, and website
• To send occasional promotional messages, only if you have not opted out
• To comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Payment processors and mobile money providers, solely to process transactions
• Delivery personnel and courier partners, solely to fulfill delivery of your order
• Service providers who help us operate our systems (e.g. hosting, SMS gateway), under confidentiality obligations
• Government authorities, where required by law

5. Data Retention

We retain order and customer records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, resolve disputes, and meet our accounting and tax obligations under Ugandan law, after which records are archived or securely deleted. Location data collected from delivery staff is retained only as long as needed for delivery tracking and internal logistics records, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights

Under the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 of Uganda, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal retention obligations
• Withdraw consent to receive promotional communications at any time

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
