Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of judecolorsolutions.com and any orders placed with Jude Color Solutions ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and Quotes

• Prices quoted are valid for the period stated on the quote, and may change without notice thereafter
• An order is only confirmed once accepted by our sales team, whether placed via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where stock, capacity, or artwork requirements cannot be met
• Sample orders may carry separate pricing and lead times from full production orders

2. Artwork and Design

• Where we design artwork on your behalf, you will be given an opportunity to review and approve the design before production begins
• Production only begins after your explicit approval of the final design
• If you supply your own artwork, you are responsible for ensuring it is print-ready and does not infringe any third party's copyright or trademark
• We are not liable for errors in a design that you approved, once production has started

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated
• We accept cash, mobile money, bank transfer, card payment, and merchant payment methods as made available at the time
• Full or partial payment may be required before production begins, depending on the order
• Any balance owed must be settled before or upon delivery/collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Production and Delivery Times

• Delivery/collection dates provided are estimates based on normal production conditions, and are not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to artwork approval turnaround, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control
• We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible of any significant delay

5. Quality Control and Rejections

• All orders pass through an internal quality check before delivery
• If you believe delivered items are defective or do not match the approved specification, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery/collection
• We will assess each claim individually and, where valid, offer a reprint, correction, or refund at our discretion

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to any non-refundable costs already incurred (e.g. custom material purchased on your behalf)
• Orders already in production, or where custom artwork has already been approved and printed, generally cannot be cancelled or refunded

7. Intellectual Property

Designs created by Jude Color Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing, though you retain the right to use the finished, purchased product for your own purposes. Our website content, logos, and branding remain the property of Jude Color Solutions and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jude Color Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
